Hello, Lovely! Please read through my policies to help answer some questions you may have about products, payment, shipping, etc.

Each piece is individually cut/painted/stamped/assembled by me. This being the case, know that each piece will not look exactly the same. I feel this adds to the charm and true handmade-ness of each product. You will truly have a unique, one of a kind item.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

All of my items are customizable, if there is something you would like please contact me using the "contact" link on the sidebar or message me at [email protected]. I would love to hear your creative ideas on how I can customize pieces for you, because it is all about you.

PAYMENT:

I accept payments made through paypal; it's quick and instant payment. If you decide to do an echeck I will have to wait until it clears until I send your order.

SHIPPING:

Turnaround time is 2-4 days. Once payment is received I will have your purchase in the mail within 2-4 days.

I ship through USPS and I will be mailing your jewelry first class with tracking. If you would like your package mailed priority or some other form of express shipping please message and I will change the shipping accordingly.

You will receive an email from me once your package has been shipped.

I will be using the address paypal provides, please make sure this is the address you want your item shipped to. If you would like your item to be shipped to a different address please contact me with the new address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. Once I have mailed your package it is out of my hands. If you would like to purchase insurance please let me know so I an add it onto your order.

Any returns/exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.
